Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

Sweet Pasta Salad
I have to give this one 5 stars for the simple fact that I took this to a work luncheon and everyone RAVED about it. It was a bit on the sweet side for me...but I still thought it had a good flavor!

Orange Pineapple Marmalade
Very easy recipe with yummy results!!! I made this in the microwave as well as on the stove top and either way works well.
