I work in a technology department at a small college in Dubuque, Iowa. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, photography, and going on roadtrips to find new restaurants! I love to grill brats and burgers in the summer. In the winter, I'm a soup nut. My current favorite is cream of butternut squash. I also love to make apple crisp and bread pudding in the fall. Making cutout cookies during the holidays. Least favorite holiday fare? Jello!
