Peach Pork Picante
I made this recipe the other night. Because of a supper-hour commitment, I made up the pork (loin) and the sauce earlier then cooked it after it was in the fridge about 2 hours.WOW! Perfect out of the recipe box - I will not change a thing. My wife, who shuns "spicy" foods, loved it too.

Maryland Crab Soup
This soup is authentic. I have had Maryland Crab Soup in mant restaurants in Maryland when I lived there. This version ranks with the best of them. OUTSTANDING!

Chicken Soup I
My wife and I agree - this is the best chicken soup we ever tasted! I added a package of frozen mixed vegatables and two hand fulls of pasta for a slight twist.
