Beef Stroganoff III
My husband and I love this stroganoff recipe!!! We make it on special occassions and it never fails... We use a really good wine (though inexpensive), like a Vovrey or Riesling, good dijon mustard, and the last time we made this we used baby portabella mushrooms. If I don't have scallions on hand, I just use regular white onions and cook them a little longer. Also, instead of a beef chuck cut, we use a sirlion. It cuts the cooking time down. YUM! Thanks for the great recipe.
