Kielbasa Bean Soup

Very good. I substituted chili beans for the garbanzos (didn't have any) and omitted the zucchini (didn't have any). It still turned out great!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

If you can get past the kind of unappetizing orangish color, your in for a treat. Excellent! A lot tastier if you add shredded chicken instead of the canned stuff (which I don't care for).

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

My wife liked this, but I thought it was an absolute disaster. We both love Mahi Mahi, but I think that because Mahi is a saltwater fish, the amount of soy sauce should be decreased dramatically. It was so salty for me that I took one bite and got rid of the rest. Definetely not good if you ask me. Followed the directions to the T.
