Follow the directions, don't over-mix, and you will have the fluffiest, tastiest pancakes you've ever made. Last time I made them I was out of milk; however, I had a can of a milk-based, vanilla-flavored weight-loss drink on hand. I used the drink in place of the milk. Sounds odd, I know; but, my goodness they were yummy.
