I made a few changes to the recipe. First, I used almond extract instead of vanilla. Second, I used a spoon to fold the ingredients first and then a hand mixer to mix them. I prefer a HAND mixer to mixing with HANDS. Not that you don't get your hands dirty rolling all these balls. The picture is not the complete recipe yield. I made about 40 balls and still was able to freeze a regular sandwich bag of dough and had chocolate left over.
