Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Amazing! Flavorful, with a bit of spice. Perfect for cooler nights... or heck, just whenever. I used kale instead of the spinach, and it was heavenly. I'll definitely make this again and again. :)

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The flavor of the chicken was really great. I did use about two tablespoons of chopped, fresh cilantro instead of the oregano, and it gave it a really nice fresh zing to it. :) Next time, I may double or even triple the marinade/sauce because it was so good! Loved it, and will DEFINITELY make it again.

Beer Lime Grilled Chicken

I thought this was great. The chicken wasn't as moist as I would have liked, but it still tasted great! I marinated this for about two hours and the results were very good.

Easy Apple Crisp with Honey

This was absolutely wonderful. I omitted the lemon juice and added a 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder for the topping and baked it for almost an hour. My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the results. I'll definitely make this again!
