Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
I had Mushroom Risotto at a local restaurant last weekend. This recipe was even better than that. I used parsley flakes instead of chives only because I found myself at the end of the recipe and suddenly without chives. Great recipe. Will make again and again.

Pan Fried Green Beans
We loved this recipe. it ended up to be slmost the same as the green beans we get at chinese places around our home. I do recommend using less olive oil on the recipe as mine ended up slightly oily.
