I'm a college student trying to gather recipes that will be easy to make after a day at school. I also love to throw small, last minute get togethers for my friends. Anything with chicken or sweet. In the week following Thanksgiving my Mom and Grandma bake batch after batch of Christmas cookies until there's enough to get through every party and get together (often with a lot of leftovers). I'm known for making great cookies from store bought mixes and even break and bake cookies (no believes they came from a mix). Another thing I'm known for is pesto pasta chicken. You'd be surprised how many ways you can mess up a "fool proof" recipie.
