I am a Food Service Manager at an elementary school in Estero, FL. I am married with two children, ages 28 and 27. I love to try new recipes all the time and prepare them for the teachers at my school. Italian foods...make everything from scratch and prepare many different courses. My triumphs include the many compliments I receive from the food I prepare. I had a pinwheel meatloaf I was making with mozzarella cheese and h.b. eggs. When sliced, each wedge has a slice of egg with melted cheese. Looks and tastes delicious. However, I made the mistake of having someone else roll the meat which was not rolled but patted together. The meat fell apart, the eggs fell out which looked like eyeballs and the melted cheese looked like....well we won't say. Embarrasing dish......
