Garlic Chicken
This has become a favorite. I've made it several times & it has come out perfectly each time. I did double up on the bread crumbs as the first time I made it, the crumbs didn't quite seem like enough.

Fettuccine with Garlic Herb Butter
This was a hit! I had to substitute dried herbs for the fresh, doubled the garlic, as my husband & I are huge garlic fans, & it still turned out great. I served this as a side dish with Lemon Pork Picatta & it proved to be a wonderful compliment.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs II
Incredible! I've made this recipes about four times & each time my husband couldn't get enough. The sauce is fantastic, though it does have a bit of a bite from the vinegar. I plan on using Chubbycheeks idea & use the sauce over chicken. Leftovers also warm up nicely in a microwave.
