I am a working mom with 2 kids and I love to cook new and exciting recipes for my whole family to try. I also love to host parties and events and share my good cooking. I like to cook my all famous Mac & Cheese, I have a recipe for Hawaiian Meatballs that everyone seems to enjoy, and just about anything I can come up with I love to cook it. During the Holiday's I like to bake cookies to give as gifts to my family and friends. I have started letting my older daughter help me with the mixing. I also have started adding a new cookie each year and this has now become a family tradition. I cook because I enjoy making others feel satisfied with the wonderful food they are eating. I do like the great compliments I get back from them also. I really haven't had any cooking tragedies just yet, but I'm sure they will happen.
