Sour Cream Pork Chops
My husband had to make this while I was at work on the weekend and as soon as I got home, he complained about all the steps for what he thought would be an 'easy' crockpot recipe (he followed the recipe exactly). But when we sat down to eat, he said it really wasn't too much trouble and the work was totally worth it because they were the best pork chops we've ever had! SOOOO tender, the gravy was delicious - we didn't have any leftovers. :)

Garlic Shrimp Pasta
Like everyone else, I used the recipe as a jumping off point. I sauteed peeled shrimp in butter and 4 cloves of minced garlic. I added a little frozen spinach to the pasta (I used thin spaghetti) and seasoned everything with parmesan-garlic italian pasta seasoning. I did like my version, and so did my husband, who usually thinks all pasta needs to be served smothered in sauce. I'm certain I'll will make it again, maybe even try something a little different with the seasonings next time.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
Easy, quick and tasty! The chicken was moist and the flavor was rich and creamy. Nothing glamorous, but casseroles never are!
