Garlic Red Potatoes
These are really good! Need to bake much longer than recipe says though. I put them in a 9 x 13 pan the second time I made these so they could cook more evenly, I also turned up the oven to speed up the process. Well worth it though.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III
These cookies taste like little bits of heaven! My fiance told me these were the best thing I've ever baked.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This is so delicious! I make it with pasta because the sauce is so amazing. I also double the sauce so that there is enough to cover the pasta.
