I'm diabled due to a bad heart, i've worked on & around cars most of my life then became a truck driver and always enjoyed cooking & experimenting with foods. Experimenting while cooking things,and making or combining leftovers for a different taste the 2nd time round. PA Dutch chicken pot pie(some say like chicken & dumplings)but made with 2"x2" rolled flat dough. Chili Coming up with some really good foods while experimenting! Not always knowing how long to cook things & not always getting the right temps.
