I'm norwegian and nigerian so I grew up eating everything from lutefisk to egusi stew--and then some. Also, since my closest friends were from abroad, I also grew up eating a lot of international foods. I love a little bit of everything.
My cooking tragedies
a leaking turkey pan started a small fire in my oven one thanksgiving...made for a very "interesting" time

Fabulous! I really enjoyed this--it was very easy to make. (I may be biased since I grew up eating Norwegian food) Either way, thanks for posting!

Best Apple Crisp Ever
This apple crisp was simple (quick and easy) to make and it tasted very good. I will admit, the crust was a little harder than I expected but a little whip cream softened it right up. Thanks for sharing, I will definitely be making this again.

BBQ Chicken
My husband and I both loved it. I added some extra salt after reading the other reviews and some garlic powder. Tasty and easy. (it also gave us an excuse to grill!) Thanks!
