Oatmeal Baked Chicken
Loved this recipe. It's wonderful for those who can't do flour. I didn't have paprika, but it was still good. I halved the chili powder as my family doesn't like too much spice, and I doubled the garlic because we love it! I also put all the dry ingredients in a blender and chopped it all up into a semi-fine powder. My husband loves lemon on his chicken, so instead of dipping the chicken in milk before coating it, I dipped it in lemon juice. Very nice tang. Thanks for the recipe!
