OMG!!! these ROCK!! i made these to take to a picnic and had to try one, now i don't know if i want to share. i wasn't sure how much i wanted to make so i halved the recipe, but next time i will be sure to make the whole recipe. i will also be using this in an upcoming bakesale. thank you so much.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
after reading many reviews i had to try this. i made mine using vanilla wafers for the crust instead of the graham cracker crumbs. i also used more spices in the pumpkin mixture and spiced up the cream cheese. i added sliced almonds to the top before baking. i loved this. my husband is the type who only likes tried and true recipes, but even he loved this one. i will make this again. great for the holidays.

Ribbon Pumpkin Bread
this is the worst!! i made this using fresh pumpkin. mine turned out terrible. the cream cheese tasted like egg and it took an extra 55 mins to cook. no maybe i went wrong using fresh rather than canned pumpkin but i will not try this again.
