I cook mostly because I am a diabetic and this way I know what is going into my food, and I really enjoy cooking. My Mother was a wonderful cook and my sisters learned all our cooking skills from her.

I really have no favorites, I like cooking all kinds of foods, and I enjoy trying new recipes, that is why I am always on all recipes so much.

I enjoy the holidays the most, because I can cook for my kids and grandsons, plus we all get together then.
