Butterscotch Oatmeal
My boyfriend loves oatmeal....my boyfriend loves butterscotch! This has become one of his favourite breakfasts ever! So tasty and just the right amount of sweet.

Unbelievably Good Fruit Dip
I served this for a group and had numerous inquiries on where I had "bought it". When I told them I made it, everyone was so impressed. It went great with fresh strawberries and golden pineapple!

Curried Hummus
I made this for my pre natal class, and served it with mixed veggies and plantain chips. Everyone loved it...especially my boyfriend! The amount of curry was just right and goes particularly well with the plantain chips. I will definately make this very often!
