I am Hispanic and love cooking Mexican food. I am a mother of three, and they appreciate all the meals that I make them. My favorite food to cook is either Italian or Mexican food. Our family traditions are to make tamales every Thanksgiving or Christmas. I am also designated salsa maker for every family gathering. My Pina Coloda and Carrot Cake recipes are definitely among my triumphs. I waould have so when I started cooking, I tried to make tortillas and they turned out hard as a rock and really misshapend.
