Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

This is a great recipe. Everyone loves the potatoes when I make them. I would do as others have suggested and boil the garlic with the potatoes or stick it in the oven. The garlic is tender this way. Otherwise you end up biting into chunks of garlic!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Have made this several times and it always comes out great. My only issue is that it doesn't cook in the time indicated on the recipe. Other than that, I have ready made rub that I keep in jars and this is definitely a family favorite

World's Best Lasagna

Definitely the world's best lasagna. This was so delicious. I made two trays and it was gone in less than 30 minutes!!! I even make the sauce as bolognese and serve over pasta. So delicious.
