Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
This recipe was great. I took the advice of some of the other viewers in that I used a little less milk than the original recipe called for and cooked chopped garlic in the melted butter. I have made traditional Alfredo sauce and I found this recipe to be more forgiving and more tasty than the authentic versions. Stirring with the wire whisk helps the sauce come out smooth. Oh, and don't forget the nutmeg!
