Grandma's Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili
This recipe was a big hit on a cold, rainy day for my coworkers. I was unable to find the black bean soup and opted for a can of black beans and was also unable to find the crushed tomatoes in puree at the store. Instead, I used chopped tomoatoes chili style and tomatoe paste. I also had to add water and some additional seasoning because it seemed too thick for my liking. I served with sour cream and tostitos scoops and everyone REALLY enjoyed it.
