Vanilla Cupcake
This cupcake was pretty heavy. I was hoping for a lighter, fluffier cupcake. I also used an orange extract in the recipe, and found that helps with the flavor to pop a little more.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Awesome full flavor! I did add black beans and hot sauce to the mix! This is definitely going to be a regular! Was very cheap and easy to make!

Slow Cooker Macaroni and Cheese II
I am planning on making this for tomorrow's dinner, but i think i might cut back on the cheddar and add in maybe some parmesan.
