Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding

pretty tasty - but I did have to arrange the apples and bread in the pan or else you get all the bread on one side and the apples on the other. It was easy just to place them in the baking dish.

Super Al's Cocktail Sauce

This beats the cocktail sauce I get in some of those fish houses! I used the fresh grated horseradish and fresh squeezed lemon. The best ingredients make the best food.

Spicy Honey Mustard Pork Roast

It was good. I may make it again but I was not "WOW'd" by this pork roast. I made it with the full amount of pepper which wasn't bad on the meat but if you choose to make a sauce from drippings, as suggested by other reviewers, it's way too peppery. You also loose all Dijon flavor I forgot I even used it until I wrote this review.

Rum Balls II

I used day old doughnuts instead of cake and left out the nuts. I relized I forgot to get cream so I used the egg nog in the fridge. Also, I added a little bit of cocoa powered to the mix to even out the color. It's pretty good, everyone liked them.

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

This was so easy and so good. I knew I don't like liquid smoke very much so I added just a drop and it still tasted just like the Kalua pork you get on fridays at Noho's. I'll serve it at least once a month!
