Microwave Caramel Popcorn
Exactly what I was looking for with a small change. There is a woman in our neighborhood who makes this and refuses to give out the recipe. Everyone is dying to have it, and I found it on here! The only change I made is to substitute white sugar for brown and use a plastic bowl with lid instead of a paper bag. SOOOO GOOD!

Flourless Chocolate Cake I
This is phenomenal!!! I wanted a cake for my birthday with a dense rich texture, this was exactly what I was looking for. Made it exactly as recipe states, it came out perfect! So rich and decadent. I served it with a homemade raspberry huckleberry sauce. It was amazing! A definite keeper Tastes like it was made by a professional pastry chef! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
PHENOMENAL!!! This recipe is restaurant quality for sure! I skipped the flour step and added 1 tbs brown sugar when reducing the sauce. I also used fresh thyme. I was eating the sauce by the spoon full...sooooo amazingly good. Will make this again and again.
