Baked Brie in Puff Pastry
A great starter for any meal. I have never had anyone not ask for seconds.

Baked Chicken and Brie
I made this for my picky husband. I used a good drinking wine. And I cut the brie longwise to cover the chicken. Why anyone would take the rind off brie alludes me. It melts wonderfully. My husband loved it.

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary
I used the lemon juice and balsamic vinegar mentioned by earlier reviewers. I also lowered the cooking temp and cooked it longer. But it was a wonderful marinade. The lamb turned out wonderful.
