Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini
This is a favorite in my family. I make a double batch and a fresh loaf of bread and they are all happy.

Lentil Rice and Veggie Bake
I enjoyed this very much, I also tried it in a tortilla and wrapped like a burrito. It was awesome.
