Quick Cream Cheese Pie

Yummy! My three sons and hubby loved it! I used low fat whipped topping and added a box of vanilla pudding and a box of cheesecake pudding. Easy and delicious! Will definitely make again...and again...

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2010
Yum Yum! So good! Made it in a 9x11 glass dish since the ingredients will overflow most pie plates! Used rotisserie chicken from grocery store (wonderful and quick!), added garlic for the onion saute' and added garlic posder as well as chicken seasoning. Did not have celery seed but didn't miss it either. Thickened it using a cornstarch and chicken broth mixture. baked about 50 minutes. Loved it! My three sons and husband ate almost the entire pan! Will add to my fave list!

Almond Rice Pilaf

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2009
Wow! This could not be easier and it is wonderful! It is difficult to get rice perfectly cooked and this recipe achieves that! I always add more almonds as my kids love them. The flavor is great and the rice is not "mushy" as is usually the case when I cook rice. I make this alot and it's easy and tasty! Thanks so much for this one!

Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2008
Yum!Yum! My three sons LOVED crushing the crackers---they can destroy somethingand not get into trouble!:) I made two batches, one as recommmended and another spicy for my husband and me. I added cajun spices, hot chili powder and pepper flakes to give the flour a kick. I did dip in flour, then egg, then breading flour mixture and it came out crunchy and juicy---most excellent! Paired with cole slaw and pinto beans, this is comfort food! Great recipe!
