Yum!Yum! My three sons LOVED crushing the crackers---they can destroy somethingand not get into trouble!:)
I made two batches,one as recommmended and another spicy for my husband and me.
I added cajun spices, hot chili powder and pepper flakes to give the flour a kick. I did dip in flour, then egg, then breading flour mixture and it came out crunchy and juicy---most excellent!
Paired with cole slaw and pinto beans, this is comfort food! Great recipe!
