About this Cook
Actually I do Crocheting not knitting but there wasn't a box for it. I cook for a living in a Bar so it's not like a real chef job. It isn't too hard to drop a load of fries or mushrooms into a batch of hot oil. My husband is the real cook in the family and actually is the one who taught me how when we were going together. I must have learned good enough as he married me anyway. I like to ride my motorclcle and we ride together when we can.
My favorite things to cook
I make a mean chicken dish my husband loves. I like to cook about anything on the grill.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making a big meal for Thanksgiving.

Bill's Smoked BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Iif you enjoy smoking things you should try. The apple flavor in this is out of this world. I use the garlic and some wood chips for this and it is so good.

Rachel's Wasabi Cocktail Sauce
If you have a sweet tooth you could probably get by with this. If you don;t enjoy something that tastes like candy on your shrimp I would go on to another recipe or just open a bottle of cocktail sauce from the store. In order to salvage this as our party was getting close I doubled everything and left out the brown sugar. Then added a few drops of hot sauce at a time until it became palatable. If you do want to try this I would suggest using plain horse radish and add your brown sugar a little at a time and taste it as you go.

Bill's Beefuna Burgers
I tried his 'scrambled eggs done right' and was impressed enough to try this even as strange as it sounds. Actually is very good and quite suprising. Had a little trouble trying to get it to hold together the first time I tried it. After that I made in way ahead of time and let the flavors blend and it holds together better also. My Husband just thinks that these are the best and he normally doesen't want anything in his hamburger. I had to sneak it in the first time or I'm afraid he wouldn't try it.
