I followed the advice from others and omitted the cumen all together. I used turkey meat and only 2 cans of the tomatoe sauce with one can of chopped tomatoes. I added lots of garlic and put it in the crock pot and went to work. Now it's after dinner and between the 3 of us, it's almost gone.This is definitly a dish I will be making again but maybe next time with homemade rolls.
