Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
nice and easy, I used left over rotisserie chicken.

Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
I did use 3/4c applesauce and 1/4c oil as someone else recommended. I used normal sized chocolate chips and had to bake for a little over 1 hour. Very good!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
I would probably add a little more sauce. All my guests loved it!
