Cream Peas
My family really liked these the next day with a little extra salt and pepper. Really good.

Queijadas
They don't look very fancy but they are a great. I'd describe them as a combination between a custard and a cheesecake. I prefer them plain and warm just out of the oven.

Raspberry Pain au Chocolat (Raspberry Chocolate Croissants)
I made this and just put four or five squares of Hershey's Chocolate Bars in and prepared them according to the instructions. FABULOUS! Better than you can get at some coffee shops. If you have leftovers they reheat well in the microwave and have with a cold glass of milk.
