Old Fashioned Stuffing

Utterly delicious and so simple to make! I've wanted to try my hand at homemade stuffing, and am so glad I found this. My daughter has a gluten allergy, so I'm looking forward to tweaking this to suit her.

Fantastic! I live in the UK, so Cool Whip isn't available, but, having tried this, I'm sticking to making my own whipped topping. So simply and delish.

Home-Made Cream of Chicken Soup

This was wonderful, with lots of scope for experimenting. My daughter is gluten-intolerant, so we can't use the canned stuff anymore.We'd still use this either way, as this was so tasty!

Graham Cracker Crust I

This is definitely a keeper recipe! It's so tasty, and so much better than store bought. As graham crackers aren't available in the UK, I used digestive biscuits, but the taste is just the same. Thanks!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

Excellent sauce! Per previous suggestions, I substituted brown sugar for white, and added pineapple juice instead of water. Served over chicken and rice with broccoli on the side. Delish!

Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Muffins

Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed in this recipe. The batter was very dry, despite adding more milk. I personally didn't care for the taste, though both my husband and daughter enjoyed it. I will make again-but only for them.

Fantastic ranch dressing! I followed other reviewers's advice, and decreased the amount of dill. Living in the UK, I cannot find ranch dressing, and, even if I could, I won't be going back to bottled dressing now! Thanks!

Whipped Cream Frosting

I made this for my daughter's 1st birthday cake, and it was a hit. Though other reviewers recommended confectioner's sugar, I had no problems with regular granulated. I did take the advice of reviewers who suggested chilling both bowl and beaters for whipping the cream. Will make again.

Creamy Italian Dressing II
