Greek Pizza with Spinach, Feta and Olives
5 Star Pizza. I rolled out a refrigerated pizza crust, baked to crisp it (don't forget to poke holes in it), then added the toppings. The mayo mixture is a must for the pizza, even though it may sound odd. My last change was to the spinach... I tossed it with a red wine vinaigrette (since I didn't have the sun-dried tomatoes) and then topped the pizza.

Hamburger Stew
This is really a wonderful simmering soup, perfect for those out there who love to throw anything and everything into a pot! The Pork n' Beans, tomato soup and taco seasoning come together quite nicely. This base is so perfect that you can get away with adding almost anything ... diced tomatoes, pasta instead of potatoes, and maybe some green beans. I added a 1/2 bag of Knorr's vegetable soup to it just because I had it in the cupboard (and b/c I didn't have enough taco seasoning). Thanks for the recipe! We really enjoyed it!

Pecan Praline Cookies
Wow! These were the best and way too easy! I'm afraid I might make them once a week. I added mini chocolate chips to half of the batch right out of the oven; the kids really enjoyed that. Thanks for the great recipe!
