Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli
Good, but kind of bland. Next time will tweak with more Pesto and spices. Also, sauce too thick so I like the idea of thinning with a little white wine. Better the next day.

Cajun Style Meatloaf
This is almost exactly like Chef Paul Prudhomme's Cajun Meatloaf recipe. Excellent and I make it all the time. Thanks for passing it along.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce
Fantastic! I was out of dill so I substituted chives. Still wonderful. I have since then made it with dill and either way is excellent.
