A Pad Thai Worth Making
I love pad thai and I was determined to find the best recipe possible. I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe. It is a great base for pad thai with options to tweak it as you like. I like the peanut flavor, so I added 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter to the sauce when cooking and it was outstanding. Also, given my new budget constraints, I used what I had on hand, so I had to replace the oyster sauce with soy, which turned out fine, but next time will reduce soy to 1 Tbsp. only. Thanks for sharing!

Baked Dijon Salmon
This recipe was good, especially if you enjoy the honey-dijon flavor. Caution: I used Grey-Poupon and it seemed to have a lot of salt in it, so it was not necessary to add salt the pecan/bread crusting.

California Chicken Spaghetti
This recipes is great, it is easy and delicious. I dressed it up a bit with fresh basil and artichokes, and thickened the sauce with corn starch and water....but all in all, this is a winner. I would feel comfortable serving this as a standard family meal or for various guests.
