Slow Cooker Pork

I've been doing something like this for years and everyone loves it. I use a boston butt though and cook it in barbecue sauce and we make BQ sandwiches.

A Southern Fried Chicken

This sounds like how I do it except instead of bq sauce... try Texas Pete hot sauce. My brother works in a upscale restaurant here they use the texas pete and it's the best I have ever had.

Sweet Potato Souffle

I make this every Thanksgiving and Christmas. There are a couple in the family that don't like sweet potatoes but love this. I use Bruce's can yams though. Just an idea if you are short on time which I always seem to be.

This was the best soup that I have had in a long time. For those complaining about the salt, just omit it.. the bouillion has salt in it. Thanks for a great recipe.

Chicken a la Camille

This recipe caught my attention also because my name is Camille too and also I love barbecue chicken. I rubbed the seasoning in lightly and the last 20 minutes added the barbecue sauce because I like the sauce baked in the chicken good and not messy. The extra seasoning made a big difference.

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

I have made this several times but a bit different. I marinate it in Teriyaki sauce for about an hour then roll it in italian bread crumbs. My family loves it when I make this.

Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

I have also been making this for years and like others, I add stuffing mix. I also use cream of broccoli soup, broccoli/cheese soup, and a can of fried onion rings. I mix half of onion rings in mixture. I spread shredded cheese over broccoli mixture and other half of onion rings on top of that.. everyone loves it.
