Best Fried Green Tomatoes
These make the best sandwich, add bacon, lump crab and leaf lettus. It's the best sandwich I've ever had.

Slow Cooker Pork
I've been doing something like this for years and everyone loves it. I use a boston butt though and cook it in barbecue sauce and we make BQ sandwiches.

A Southern Fried Chicken
This sounds like how I do it except instead of bq sauce... try Texas Pete hot sauce. My brother works in a upscale restaurant here they use the texas pete and it's the best I have ever had.
