I have just seriously started cooking. Of course I have cooking for years for my family, but since I retired from work I have been cooking up a storm. My husband says be careful for what you wish for.... I love to make soups. I have learned that this is my strength. I love to get idea about foods and just whip up recipes. Irish and italian Baking - I am not a dessert baker. I can't stand following a recipe to the letter, I like adding or substracting items.
