Cranberry Sauce

I have never made homemade cranberry sauce before, and this was a perfect one. Easy and delicious, with plenty for sandwiches to go with the leftover turkey.

My topping was wetter than normal, I think it was because I made ahead of time and then cooked the next day. Tasted good, but a little too sugary.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I made this with gluten free bread and vegetarian. I added extra broth so it wouldn't be dry when I cooked it in the crockpot, and it was perfectly done. Rave reviews at Thanksgiving, I will be passing this recipe along.

Zucchini Pancakes

This was a good recipe, we had it for breakfast and added cinnamon to the batter as someone else had suggested. Although my kids were a bit worried about the green, they ate well and we will do this again.

The Best Bean and Ham Soup

Didn't use the mustard and worcestershire sauce and replaced the vegetable juice with tomato and red pepper soup. Very good, will do again.

Ham 'N' Broccoli Hash

My kids ate this after a little convincing. They liked it once they tried it. I added some sour cream and cheese while cooking, and used margarine instead of vegetable oil. Really hearty meal, perfect for Christmas ham leftovers.
