Cinnamon Syrup
I made this Dairy free and Gluten free using Bob's red mill flour and earthj balance margarine and it thickened nicely. A new favorite.

Basic Ham and Bean Soup
My kids ate this more than most soups, and I liked the flavor.

Spanish Rice II
A little spicier than expected, I enjoyed, but my kids didn't like it as much. Next time I will use regular diced tomatoes and less chili powder.
