Spinach Mushroom and Ricotta Fettuccine
I'm rating this 5 stars but only after doing a lot of work to it. I added fresh garlic and lots of seasonings including seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper as it was very bland. I used 2 6oz cans of mushrooms and one can of spinach as I did not have the fresh ingredients available. I kept seasoning the ricotta until I got that right and then followed the recipe.

Wow, if I could rate this higher than a 5 star I would. I started mixing the flower into it and thought it was going to be to dry to pour on top but it worked awesome, I would recommend this to everyone. It is now one of my favorite recipes, thanks for sharing it.

Baked Mushroom Rice
I read some of the reviews and I did sautee the rice with the onions and added some garlic. I'm giving it a lower rating because I think it needs more water, vegatable broth, or another can of mushroom soup. It didn't turn out for me and I ended up putting it on the stove and cooking it like plain rice adding 2 extra cups of water. It turned out o.k.
