Jerk Seasoning
I used it on chicken thigh meat on the bbq - simply wonderful!

Chocolate Chip Muffins
Following the reviews, I put a whole cup of milk, and they turned out just fine. The recommended baking temperature of 400 F is a bit too much though. 375 worked better for my oven.
