Asparagus Beef Lo Mein
I was hesitant to try this because of the other negative reviews, but it is actually quite delicious and easy! I used a bit less hoisin sauce than was recommended, and added some of my fav stir fry veggies. I didnt bother to make the sauce, I just added hoisin and soy sauce to the stir frying process. Experiment with this one. Plain asparagus and beef stir fry is a little boring so try adding bean sprouts, snow peas, baby carrot, water chestnuts, and/or sliced mushrooms.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia
This recipe was very easy and delicious. I used 1 lb of tilapia baked at 400 for 10 minutes. I didnt have parsley so I used coriander instead. One mistake I made was squirting a last bit of lemon juice into the middle of the pan thinking that it would blend with the rest of the mix. It didnt and the fish in its immediate area was extremely tart :P
