Pasta Isabarte
This was okay. I'm not sure why I expected it to be any different, but it's basically just pasta, sauce, and veggies.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
Very good and simple to make. I used Ritz cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs, and it was delicious. We had a little extra glaze and so sprinkled some on top because it was so yummy.

Baked Zesty Carrots
Was good, but nothing special. I'm not a huge horseradish fan, but the flavor was not too strong. I will probably keep looking for a good carrot recipe.
