About this Cook
I'm a freshmen at Park University majoring in Geography (minors: Peace Studies, Global Studies). I'm not the best cook, but I learn as you go, and I really enjoy it.
My favorite things to cook
Indian, cookies, pastas
My cooking triumphs
I once made these cookies that probably had a five inch diameter. They were thin and chewy with the prefect amount of chocolate chips and brown sugar. I made ice cream sandwiches of them at my friends fourth of July party. They were gone in five minutes! :)
My cooking tragedies
An apple pomegranate crisp. There was nothing crisp about the oatmeal topping, and it tasted like junk.

Chai Cupcakes
Amazing cupcakes! I only used the two chai bags (I used vanilla chai). Also, I used applesauce instead of yogurt as I didn't have any; works great.

Sugar Cookie Frosting
I actually used this for frosting cupcakes, and I absolutely love it! Very easy, and the best I've ever made.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
I meant to change some of the ingredient amounts as others have suggested, but I forget about doing that. I cut the boiling down to one and a half minutes, because it became frothy. I thought, "Oh no! Here's a failure", but the next step went well, and when it came to the sugar, I used my mixer after folding them into each other. It was like a bunch if peddles before hand as someone mentioned, but the mixer did it well. When it was time to smooth it out in a pan, it had cooled quite a bit, so it was a struggle to do. Next time I guess I'll just work faster. It taste amazing! Thanks
