Hey! I found my drive to cook about two years ago when I finally realized the horrific dishes that my mom would concoct for our dinner. In despiration, I began to religiously watch the food network in hopes that I would be able to turn the tides on our not so apatising family dinners. In good time, I was led to this wonderful site which I am now addicted to! I'm actually a recently pronounced vegetarian, so I am always looking for yummy meatless recipes to whip up for myself, but which also satisfy the palate of my two carnivorous best friends. Baking Christmas cookies with my mom :) Even as a little girl I would stand on a stool, icing in hand, and make beautiful creations on top of freshly baked sugar cookies. I do admit, I occasionally snuck in a lick or two of butter cream. Ok, so let's face it, the amount of icing I ate by far exceeded the amount that made it on the cookies :)
